It seemed as if the woods stretched for miles. The trees were tall, and there were so many of them close together, blowing in the breeze.

Jane, Pamela, Andy and Graham, had decided to go for a ramble, and to take a picnic with them.

They walked along a narrow path, which lead them straight under the huge trees. They felt they were walking on a very strange textured floor! But really it was all the crunched up leaves and small branches, left from the trees in the autumn (the fall) it felt very strange! Looking up, all the trees were so close that the leaves and branches touched one another, and with the sun shining through, it looked like a huge tapestry of natural beauty.

They walked for a long time, occasionally sitting down on dead barks of trees. The deeper they walked into the woods, the more everything around them began to look the same! At last they came to a glade (a grassy space in a forest) where they sat down to eat their picnic. "I think we are lost" said Jane. "So do I", said Graham. Pamela and Andy agreed! "I don't know what way to go" said Jane!

In real life, do you feel LOST and don't know WHAT WAY TO GO! Once perhaps everything looked lovely like the sun shining through the trees like a huge tapestry of natural beauty, like in the story, but now you can't find your way!!

Jesus said, "...I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6.

There is ONLY ONE WAY, there is ONLY ONE TRUTH, and there is ONLY ONE LIFE. That WAY, that TRUTH, and that LIFE, is JESUS.

"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever". Hebrews 13:8.
